The assignment

Organize a complex technical system around the people using it.

User Kind worked with W3C to shape an upcoming validator suite for developers and site administrators. The challenge was to connect whole-site health, recurring validation jobs, individual URLs, and source-level errors without flattening the technical detail teams rely on.
